@kiaabrera: Kung feeling mo ngayon ay everyday you have to earn the right to live in this world, para sayo ito. Napagod ka, and that is the whole explanation. I just wanted to share some perspectives here that hopefully gives you some grace, and space. You don't need the right words. Be there, and just be. Bukas, September 10, World Suicide Prevention Day, at National Suicide Prevention Week ang second week ng September dito sa atin. This hits really close to home kasi 16 years ago, yung best friend ko of 8 years, hindi na umabot sa usapang yun. I hope this message finds you at the right time: Nandiyan na yung halaga mo bago ka pa napagod, at nandiyan pa rin siya ngayong pagod ka. PS. Kung kailangan mo ng makakausap ngayon, bukas ito 24/7: NCMH: 1553 o 1800-1888-1553 (toll-free landline), Smart/TNT 0919-057-1553, Globe/TM 0917-899-8727 o 0966-351-4518 Hopeline PH: 0917-558-4673, 0918-873-4673, (02) 8804-4673, o 2919 sa Globe/TM In Touch: (02) 8893-7603 o 0917-800-1123 #WorldSuicidePreventionDay #SuicidePreventionWeek

Kinakailangan mong kmain at matulog. Legit to. Ito din yung reason ko kung bakit nagsasave ako ng money and sometimes food para just in case I needed it during feeling na pagod na ko, this saves me. Basic necessity ng katawan food and sleep.

went through a period of being constantly under pressure and when i finally reached my breaking point, i did shutdown but instead of feeling sad, i got really good at distracting myself by indulging in hyperfixations and without them i just feel restless na di ko ma-pinpoint kung bakit

I suddenly stopped working with my projects. Napagod ako. Now I wanted to go back to work pero I am not sure what to do. I’ve been questioning myself kung ano talaga gusto ko. 🥺

Thank you for this po, somehow it lightens the load with clarity. Sometimes, it's just too hard kasi kahit kumain ang hirap gawin.

This is really good (and totally true). I was under depression for months. The sad thing was, I know what to do and I know how to deal with it properly (I also went to therapy eventually). However wala talagang lakas yung katawan ko to the point na my body shuts down whenever I feel the pressure. Literal na makakatulog ako anywhere. Even my brain was giving up. I pray, a lot, but I was not the religious type. Yung sobrang evangelical missionary levels, but I talk to God. In my deepest moment, naka higa ako, I just heard someone say “eat”. Believe it or not, kumalam yung sikmura ko. I wasn’t eating, I went from 130kg to now 90kg in a span of 2 months. Na overcome ng feelings ko yung hunger but at that time, grabe yung gutom ko. I ate and slowly, day by day, I got stronger and eventually I went out the house, and got better. I’m not saying na ito yung ultimate solution however this helped a lot and Miss, you explained it really well. Ang haba na nito 😅 I just wanted to share this as I know marami ding dumadaan sa ganitong situation. Although life has many problems, we can all keep up. Just let your body rest and let God lead the way. ♥️
