You can not help these people until they want to be helped. No one can keep them clean and sober. They have to want it. I have been sober 19 yes and I know this to be true.

I hate the kids having to use the subway to get to school in Kensington and literally have to pass by them twice a day and they can't help them and the mayor and city council members and DA krasner and police chief all know this is happening for years and do not stop it. when u hear the press conference about how many drugs they caught but this doesn't change
