what can people like me do? I get really bad hangovers, I cant drink water or anything liquid without spewing i can sometimes suck on an ice cube successfully, I cant eat or even smell food without spewing. I generally spew up just bile all day, my head usually hurts so much that I cant sleep i just lay in bed moaning and spewing into a bucket. im completely useless until about 6pm that day and I can finally ease into it by having some water and a cup of tea. ive asked Drs who just simply say "dont drink" but I want answers to why its SO bad. 😖
