My outlook on XAUUSD Using the descending channel to visually represent the trend of current price action we can see that sellers were previously in control forming lower lows followed by lower highs. Some might even say we were in a falling wedge which would give initial evidence that selling momentum was decreasing. Either way we are waiting for a break to the upside to confirm our directional bias Using chart patterns we can also see that price has formed an inverse head and shoulders pattern which also adds to our evidence in a market structure shift from bearish to bullish I will be waiting for a break above current resistance to confirm my directional bias to then begin looking for buy positions.
