When you said, "Have a nap and some food." I seen God speaking over us. Him telling us to rest in him so he can minister to our spirit. Matthew 4:4 "But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." I agree we physically become hungry and it causes irritation, but your spirit can be hungry too.
