Both are entirely different scales of sci-fi and mystical progression. Luo Feng being powerful doesn’t automatically make him an overpowered protagonist. Like you said, an overpowered character is someone who has no real threat left because nobody can challenge them anymore. Luo Feng has been in plenty of situations where his life, his people, and everything he’s trying to protect were at risk.
