@paqito__: Salzburger Nockerl might be one of Austria’s most spectacular desserts. Originally from Salzburg, this light and airy soufflé like dessert is traditionally shaped into three peaks, said to represent the mountains surrounding the city. A dusting of powdered sugar completes the illusion of snow covered summits. It’s baked to order and served warm, with a golden exterior and an incredibly soft, fluffy center. We watched it being made at Zum Weissen Rauchfangkehrer, a historic Viennese restaurant dating back to 1848. @Localflavor_
