@veroniquebiancajephtas: I look good and I’m comfortable in my skin, but make no mistake, I suffer in these classes and the level of commitment is something else. I never thought I’d make it my mission to get to fitness classes. But I have learned that it is true, if you don’t keep small promises to yourself, how will you ever trust yourself?! I have to take this seriously. ❤️ The @GROOVY-FIT DANCE WORKOUT family is so supportive and it’s such a warm, welcoming space where we let our energy flow as we continue to push ourselves. At Vine Wellness I suffer and groan through every session, but to see the results and feel how my body grows stronger is such a reward. Our instructor is a blessing, correcting our posture, but never making us feel like we are doing something wrong. Pilates is much like church. I’m not just fixing the posture of my body, but also the posture of my heart. ❤️ it’s been a graceful journey 💛 and I cannot wait to see how I continue to grow and I continue to pour into my cup. #veroniquejephtas
