to the eldest daughters (i'm one of you) please don't isolate. don't be distant. if you have someone in your life that's ready to sit with you while you're going through it, reach out. talk to them. find your outlet. let people in! we were never meant to carry these things alone. isolation can be grounding, solitude can be healing but too much of it can turn into sadness too. so don't shut yourself off. i promise you there are people out there who will be there for you like how you're always there for them.

Walang ate si Ate, pero merong Momi si Ate. 🥹 I’m so lucky to have a mom who broke the cycle. She lets me dream big and supports me in achieving those dreams. She’s the eldest daughter, and I’m her eldest, and her promise to me was to never make me experience the things that happened to her just because she was the eldest. 🤍

I need to let go of my dreams. Kailangan ko huminto sa pag work para makapag ipon, para sa pag aaral ko kasi naging Dialysis Patient Lolo namin. 4years na siyang Dialysis, at hanggang ngayon ako parin ang kasama nya. Kung tatanungin bakit ako, kasi may Pamilya na mga kapatid ko. PWD na Tatay at Tito ko. Tita ko need mag work para makapag provide sa financial. Tbh, ang daming na sayang. Pero alam ko, alam ko na ito yung way ni Lord para ituro nya sakin na mas maging matibay para sa future. Nakakapagod maging Panganay, pero wala eh. Na sa ulo na ata talaga natin ang maging haligi at ilaw ng tahanan.
