In Sweden, if you get asked to dinner at a restaurant it’s a sign you are now official. People would never go to a dinner date the first time they meet. Even if people don’t sleep together, if they meet on an app the first few dates are very casual- a walk, a fika, a beer, etc. Dinner happens when you both decide you want to be together
