I missed the last step coming down from a ladder. I hit the ground flat footed on my right foot and jammed my hip in May.. couldn’t stand up straight for weeks.. and now months later, I’m still having significant pain. I will try this and report back. Thank you! 💜

This has definitely almost took care of my lower back pain or my spa spine. It’s incredible, but it’s left me with pain on my butt cheek, cheeks and hips any suggestions to help with that Pain I hate to go get a steroid shot that usually helps. I’ve been taking those on and off for 20 years that my spine pain is better but this is what I’m still dealing with 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄
