😡 TOTALLY BS..Noah’s job was stop him and he knew exactly what he was doing. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if it was an adult behind him telling him what to do. Notice how the boy is running onto the track looking at the runner as he approaches him and then leans in with his left shoulder as to intentionally bump him putting his body behind the bump. The boy then falls down, just as if he was pushed and lost his balance. If there were severe chest pains, he would’ve been laying down flat trying to breathe.😡😡😡.
