What about the rest of the team members? Or, the boss? Don't you need to rotate so everyone gets a chance to extend their time off? Some of us have a job that needs to get done and you need to take turns with other team members!

This is just wrong. How can you take 7-10 off for Labor Day and get the 4th-12th off? What about the 11th which is a Friday? Just not gonna show up that day or use a pto day? Who created this dumb shit?
