I'm not this person but if I did lie to my insurance and I ended up becoming not covered do they keep my payments or refund them back? I have been with the same insurance company for over 30 years.

I thought this would change with all the ways to get info these days. It’s why I adore you! So professional and straightforward. I made it my life’s mission to inform. If I get a receptive young person, I give extra info. Or if others ask or infer they don’t understand I ask if ok to explain. Always yes.

As an adjuster there is nothing I love more than when my friends/family ask me for help with a claim or to explain their policy!! Like yes!!! Please!! Let me make sure you know what’s going on & what you’re buying!!

👏🏾👏🏾 yes!! And then they say insurance is a scam (meanwhile they have insurance, they just don't understand the policy). Using a trusted agent is absolutely key, or watch some educational insurance videos online

As an insurance adjuster myself, I 100% agree. It’s a very simple concept. If you have someone explain it to you but most of the time people are too prideful to ask the questions until they’re in a situation and expecting a rental vehicle expecting to get their vehicle fixed without paying anything out-of-pocket, even though there’s a dispute on liability. Simply what a deductible is. Medical coverage.
