Never give a field sobriety test. Because you can be sober as a stone and they can still call you drunk because it's his feeling that you are drunk. Now, he is calling an expert to find out if he is on drugs from an interview! Never take the interview because it also is subjective. Now rather than let him go, their ego are going to take him t give blood for a test. Intrusive and when it come back negative. He will have grounds to sue the county. But the cops get off Scott free. He's doing everything right! This an adversarial system and the cops are not your friends they are there to keep up their quota. Truth doesn't matter. Even after he goes to the hospital and is found clean they will still drag him before a judge because they will nver admit to being wrong. And the cop gets an aitaboy!
