I actually returned my ferret today, not because he was stinky or any of that. But because I current work 2 jobs and didn’t want the little buddy to get sad. I just got excited since he was the only one I found since my search this march. Happy to experience them for a few days. Maybe in the future

Thank you for this. I have 2 and am very low income, I try my best to give them the best I can. They have a critter nation cage, they free roam for a couple hours every day, they have free water and food, they have hammocks in their cage. I give them egg once a week with salmon oil, sometimes I give them quail eggs when I can get them since they’re way higher in protein. I bathe them in oats that are strained in water so no chunks. I give them oxbow food also. I try my best and they seem pretty happy and healthy :)
