I think among the original partners were Vicente Madrigal and Manuel Luis Quezon who were schoolmates in Letran. And among the large Ortigas family are the Lanuzas who eventually split and formed their own company and is known as the developer of Tektite towers among other luxurious enclaves.

registrar of deeds ang patriarch noong unang panahon, nakakapagtaka pa ba bakit ang daming lupa ng mga ortigases,just like the ayalas, nakinabang ang pamilyang ito sa colonialism ng pilipinas. mas nakakabilib ang mga filipink chinese na nagsimula tlaga sa wala kesa sa mga espanyol na ito.
