@daniel.pitasi: try these: protein Rice Paper burgers🍔 (recipe below) ingredients: 4 sheets rice paper 2 medium eggs 2 low fat hamburgers 30g low fat cheese 15g chopped union & light sauce *mix up your eggs and soak two rice paper sheets in it until it’s soft, put in a bowl and start layering up your cheese, hamburger, sauce and union. Fold them shut and put in the airfryer for 9 minutes (on 190°C). Once they’re done cut them open to let out the heat and there you go. Enjoy!😋
