Μια ευλογία από το Άγιο Όρος έφτασε στον Σοχό… 🙏🇬🇷 Η θαυματουργή εικόνα της Παναγίας Γοργοϋπηκόου, από την Ιερά Μονή Δοχειαρίου του Αγίου Όρους, ήρθε στον Σοχό μαζί με τον Καθηγούμενο και τους πατέρες της Μονής. Η Παναγία Γοργοϋπήκοος «αυτή που ακούει γρήγορα» είναι μία από τις πιο γνωστές θαυματουργές εικόνες του Αγίου Όρους. Σύμφωνα με την παράδοση και τις μαρτυρίες που διασώζονται γύρω από την εικόνα, έχουν αποδοθεί στη χάρη της πολλές θεραπείες και θαυμαστές επεμβάσεις: άνθρωποι που προσευχήθηκαν για ασθένειες, για πονοκεφάλους και εξάντληση, αλλά και ζευγάρια που ζητούσαν τη βοήθεια της Παναγίας. (Monastiriaka) Μία από τις πιο γνωστές ιστορίες αφορά τον μοναχό Νείλο, ο οποίος, σύμφωνα με την παράδοση της Μονής, τυφλώθηκε αφού χειρίστηκε την εικόνα με ασέβεια.
