🌗 recipe👇🏼 brownie dough.. 1/2 cup chocolate chips 2 tbsps butter, softened 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup + 2 tbsps flour 2 tbsps cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt cookie dough.. 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg yolk* 3/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips filling.. nutella, about 10 tbsp (one per brookie) Scoop 1 tbsp dollops of nutella onto parchment paper. Freeze for 1 hr. Start by making the brownie dough. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 10 sec increments, mixing until smooth. Set aside. Whisk the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until smooth and pale. Add the vanilla, and melted chocolate. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr. For the cookie dough, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix in the vanilla and egg yolk. Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips and refrigerate while the brownie dough finishes chilling. To assemble, scoop 1 tbsp of each dough. Divide each portion in half, then press all 4 pieces together and gently roll into a smooth ball to create the marbled brookie look. Flatten the pieces slightly. Place one frozen nutella dollop in the center. Cover completely. Place the dough balls on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12min. Let them cool on the baking sheet before eating so the nutella center can settle. *make sure to only add the egg yolk in the cookie dough. I accidentally added the whole thing and had to restart:( #fyp #baking #trending #foryoupage #viral
