If they never gave you a total at any point in time and then refused to give you the receipt while asking you for an additional $.50 they skimmed something and overcharged you. I would demand a receipt I asked for one every time because I also do the Fetch and if they tell me, I have to pay extra for a piece of paper with my information on it somebody’s not playing by the rules.

im at my Dunkin 7 days a week, if they dont automatically give me my receipt I ask for it and they've never tried to charge me for it, they just give it to me.

Yea, why didn’t he mention your total at all the whole time? He overcharged you and didn’t want you to see. He overcharges so he can take the extra and no money missing but extra $ in his pocket.

I always always ask for my receipt when I go drive thru in the exact moment I pay. If not, they steal from my order and they just don’t add the product on the “other receipt that is not a receipt “ that they just put on the bag .
