People need to understand that the super rich actually dream of this happening because they believe they have all the resources and planning to be spared. It’s a hobby for them to chat about their bunkers and plans about when it does happen. It’s all to fulfill some weird fantasy of how they’re superior and thus can create the world in their image when it all falls apart. They are delusional and the only way for them to change anything is for it to impact their pockets.
