picking iso for a first rave is def a wrong move 😭 if you want to start and u are expecting plur crowd then hit some nice dubstep crowds or some plur festivals like nocturnal wonderland, and then overtime move towards other crowds like isoxos once u got used to it all, u wont care tbh hahaha

So something I learned that’s helped me tremendously is moving when I’m not having a good time, if the environment doesn’t feel good go somewhere else, that usually fixes it almost instantly

iso is like the playboi carti/ken carson of edm, those crowds get more rowdy than plur, pick a dubstep show or melodic bass and it'll be a lot diff

Iso crowds are a bit rough, plur in those crowds don’t exist really. Id give raves another go though, and definitely try a dubstep crowd, they’re generally the most plur crowd

you should look into different artists that might be your kind of edm! there’s so many genres/subgenres, there will be something you like. raves in itself are different depending on the crowd the artist brings. isos crowd is getting more miserable by the show, so i don’t blame u for not enjoying it 😔

The nicher the genre the better the crowd is tbh. Hardstyle and heavy bass are typically my favorites. Same thing with genres that tend to attract an older crowd. Like I've never had a bad time at a trance set because everyone there is super chill and most people seem to be 30+
