@geneslade: Stop talking about all the fucking details. The homeowner doesn't need to know everything you know. They don't need every technical term, every specification, or a 20-minute explanation of how the damn thing works. They need to know: What's wrong. Why it matters. How you can fix it. That's it. The more unnecessary shit you add, the more confused they get. And confused customers don't make confident decisions. Keep it simple. Keep it clear.
