Halfing a small fortune built in 20 years is something you can never recover from. The wealth curve just restarts. The millions you were going to have in retirement is now impossible. But fortunately an unaware driver hit my car from behind so I’ve been thru 7 spinal surgeries and am now fused from T7 thru S1. So that fixed that retirement dream/problem. Now I just live from spinal surgery to spinal surgery AND from Oxycotin to Oxycotin. Life at 70 yo is just grand…
