I wanted something that actually felt connected to who I am and the artist I’ve become. And I kept coming back to The Metal Hippie. It’s kind of the perfect mix of me. I love heavy music and weird art, but I also love birds, books, plants, creating things, and finding beauty in things that are a little different. I don’t fit perfectly into one style, and honestly, neither does my art. So this feels right. I’m still Sam. Still creating whatever makes my weird little heart happy. Still incredibly thankful that I get to do what I love every day.
