The punishment for these types of crimes should be ironic. Like have the vandal work in prison assembling components for air conditioners for the city and make the work pay bit by bit until the entire value of the item he destroyed is payed off to the victim. And I would say like $0.01 an hour is fair. He’s going to put more than he’s getting out. And if the work isn’t good he redoes it.

Anyone saying that red cities are better than blue has never been to Amarillo or Lubbock. Help explain the crime and drug problems in those two cities. Not to mention the homeless population. Don’t forget that the majority of the smaller cities in central Texas and the northern panhandle are so underfunded that they can barely afford to keep schools open.
