@beautybykatguthealth: I read about the Mother-Son Gravity Theory and honestly… I haven’t been the same since. The idea is that when your son is little, you are his gravity. You’re the one he runs to. The one he wants to sit next to. The one he calls when he’s hurt. The one who can make everything feel okay. And then, slowly, his world gets bigger. Friends. School. Sports. Work. A girlfriend. Eventually, his own home and family. And one day you realize… You’re still his mom. You’re still part of his world. But you’re no longer the center of it. And maybe that’s the whole point. We weren’t meant to keep our sons orbiting around us forever. We were meant to love them so well that they feel safe enough to fly away. But nobody warned me how much I’d miss being their gravity. 🥹 So if your little boy still reaches for your hand, climbs into your lap, or asks you to stay just a little longer… Stay. One day, you’ll wish you could go back to this exact moment. @Christina McQueen #hormonehealth #nervoussystemsupport #midlifemomma #balancinghormones #womenswellnessjourney
