I completely forgot about me doing this back then, and with just a snap of the fingers, I remembered it like it was yesterday. I don’t talk often about my past because I feel like it doesn’t really align with my mission here. I don’t think my story is very similar to the average gym-goer, even though one of the reasons this whole thing started for me was a girl too. :) Next week, I’m launching 2 ebooks I’ve been working on all this summer, so if there’s anyone who wants to know more about this part of my life too, here’s a quick summary: The first one is called My Journey, and it covers everything I’ve been through, from where I started this whole personal development journey at the age of 8, to all the ups and downs and everything that happened along the way. In The Blueprint, which is the second book, I’m covering everything I’ve learned gym-related, from all the training techniques I’m currently using to how I eat depending on the goal I’m trying to achieve, and more. The waiting list is now live in my bio for early access next Friday, and the public launch will be on Sunday, September 20 at 11 AM CST / 6 PM BST.
