I liked Dr Loury Lawrence ocen, he is such a very eloquent and intelligent man and to my wished, I would prefer him to be our prime minister under Dr Eng.Odongo okune, but their diversity of caltural institution and caltural foundation is the one demoralizing capabilities of laury because he's dealing with minority group without the legitimacy to implement into the caltural noms with Authority of the wonyaci to make into laws or noms that all clans should integrate in the caltural function and activities to be performed in different clans.
