How unfortunate!!! I had a great experience w being pregnant at amazon..only thing is i scheduled my appointments on my day off so that could be. I got a month before my due date off and 4 months after birth all completely off fully paid

Its not even discrimination they know dang well amazon is a warehouse they already be pregnant upon applying and apply anyway knowing they cant say no. Then expect jobs to accommodate them just because they pregnant like no it’s different if you got pregnant WHILE working there but you APPLIED PREGNANT

yup they discriminate against you for disability even with accommodations. They try to push you out and force you to quit.

I was pregnant and they always discriminated me and even gave me write ups for being in the break room but I had dr. Notes to have additional breaks !

For me my site let me sit down but. I had nausea and back aches so I wouldn’t come to work often. They took forever approving my leave then fired me on UPT as soon it got approved. But the leave was supposed to cover time off.

They wouldn't let a heavily pregnant woman sit down at my Amazon warehouse even though she had an accommodation for it. Anytime a manager saw her sitting and working they would ask her to get up and go do something in a different area so she never had a chance to rest

Amazon is not for pregnant woman. You will lose you baby working for them. It’s not discrimination. It’s to save your baby.

can we talk about how they want your doctor to fill out there little Amazon accommodation paper 📃 and it doesn't matter what your problem is, they want it on that paper, anywhere from a broken leg to being pregnant. I got a note from my doctor that should be MORE than enough.

any job needing permission to use the bathroom is a flag. I would not work there if its true. that said many jobs require documentation so I dont get the issue
