@amm.deus59: Homemade bread recipe without kneading(simple kitchen setup) Ingredients 500 g wheat flour (approx. 3 and 1/2 cups) 10 g dry active yeast (1 packet) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 350 ml lukewarm water 2 tablespoons olive oil Method In a large bowl, place the warm water, sugar, andyeast. Mix lightly and let rest for 5 to 10 minutesuntil foamy. Add the olive oil and salt. Mix. Add all the flour and mix with a spoon until youget a moist, sticky dough. No need to knead: Cover the bowl with a plastic cloth and let it restfor 1 hour or until it doubles in size. After it rises, I mix the dough lightly just toremove the excess air. Place the dough in a greased or parchment-linedpan. Cover and let rest for more than 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the bread isgolden. Let it cool a little before cutting.
