It’s also not Friday the 13th: The Game. I’m a veteran from that game and this game is harder because your objective is to rescue and also it’s a lot harder to break out of Michael’s grasp or knock him down than it was to escape from Jason or knock his ass down. Another thing people don’t realize is just like how you could kill Jason with a simple formula (find an axe, the sweater, get Tommy, and raise his rage meter by beating the shit out of him until his mask comes off), you can apprehend Michael with a similar formula (Get Loomis or a player police officer, beat Michael’s ass and keep knocking him down until the arrest symbol changes color, and make sure you have a sand timer to keep him down while Loomis or the officer arrests him)

STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO FOLLOW YOU. even just the normal citizens, if you get got, 9 times out of 10 michael is not going for you, he’s gonna go for the free npc kills. have everyone HIDE until an exit gate is found and open. prioritize the specials out first. ALSO, don’t get too much cop presence around before a gate is open/most of the citizens are still in. when too many cops come, they start coming and taking the citizens out of their hiding spots and they’ll just roam where ever, they’re usually free kills for michael

Tip for Mike never grab the actual players deadass never lost a game so far doing that I target priority then normal residents and if I happen to see an actual player by a target I’m going for I’ll just slash them both to death with rift and evil presence

Honestly pocket knife’s and the other items are the most important items besides objective items. I’d rather have a pocket knife than a gun in most matches
