The problem is, without the exact circumstances of Snape lily and James, there would be no prophecy. The prophecy only exists because snake asked Voldemort not to kill Lily. In your what if, snape would not ask voldemorr to save her. Harry is not the chosen one because he is special, he is the chosen one because of a very specific circumstance.

Realistically speaking if Snape did marry lily and had a SON with her the wards on his home world probably be insane. Even if you take away the ‘dark arts’ interests, his mother still taught him a lot of magic, especially dark magic, he’s still a very talented wizard, and maybe he found interests in other fields of magic if it wasn’t the dark arts. So perhaps Snape would put a fidelius charm on his home, not because he has enemies but to keep his family safe no matter what.
