@aivorynet: So you just launched on the web. Seven things I do next. Head over to Google Webmaster Tools and add your sitemap. If you don't have one, tell your AI to create it. Most CMS also auto-generate it. The sitemap tells the search engine where to find all of your pages and how often to crawl them. Check your robots.txt, so the bots that come by are allowed to read the content, and so you can tell some of them not to stop by. And make sure you got your llms.txt. That one is not about permission. It lists what is on your site, so the AI bots read that instead of crawling everything. Then head over to Bing Webmaster Tools. You can import all of the webmaster tools information from Google. Create a business profile over at Google and make sure that it's accurate. You may even add a couple of images so it attracts more people. Create a post over at Hacker News and also one at Product Hunt. That'll allow you to garner some very first impressions from people. Try to get some backlinks by asking a couple of your friends if maybe they can link to your page. And then focus on landing pages. Write the copy yourself and write unique content, and maybe, just maybe, they get listed. It'll help you long-term with the SEO. There may be more things I can think of, so perhaps there'll be a follow-up soon (and one for pre-launch). #seo #webdev #founder
