I suggest trying biotrue and clear care often times I hear people complain about generic contact lens solutions it may have to do with the preservatives idk. Also you need a deep cleaning hydrogen peroxide base contact lens solution to use as well

did you rinse them and soak them for 8 hours after taking them out of the vial? and do you change the solution in your contact case regularly?

check if ur contacts have rips or scratches!! i use the light in my room to see and also if they are the correct side up. i recommend using biotrue and depending on how long youve had your contact case you may need to swap it out

hmmm more so depends on the material they’re made out of. if your eyes are particularly sensitive, and the material your lenses are made out is not that great, it won’t let them breathe and that’s why they get irritated

Probably not soaking them for long enough try soaking in contact solution for 6-8 hours or overnight

Make sure the contacts aren’t flipped inside out. If they are, it can cause irritation.

You have to experiment with solutions. All eyes are different and will react differently. My eyes burn and become extremely bloodshot if I were to use Opti-Free solution, but if I use Bio true then I have 0 reaction. Could be allergenic

Def try a different solution. I really like BioTrue. It's nearly flawless for me. And you're probably doing this already but make sure you're rubbing gently to make sure all the invisible crud is loosened.

def be very gentle n check for rips!! listen to other people n change ur contact solution to biotrue but if ur willing to spend a little more then optifree (my personal fav but i use biotrue for the price)

I would put them in as the last step to makeup, often powder mascara or something gets in my eyes and it irritates

Tbh this happens to me when the lens expire! Or if I’ve used them in the shower and get too much water in my eyes. It messes up the contacts and you have to get new ones

could also be the brand. sometimes it’s worth it to get the name brand. try opti-free my eye doctor recommended it

they could be inside out, or you might accidentally getting debris on them while you’re trying to put them in. make sure you wash your hands and face before. this was happening to me and i realized it was stuff from my eyelashes getting on the lense when i try to put them in 😭
