By the way, the chief rabbi isn’t like a Jewish pope or head of the Church of England, it’s modelled off the CofE but the role literally isn’t supposed to exist. British Jews are allowed to disagree with the chief rabbi as much as non-Jews, religiously the role doesn’t even exist
