a mechanic once told me to always get a receipt when you fill up while it's raining/rained recently. gas stations store their gas in tanks underground that occasionally develop holes. if water gets in those tanks, your car is screwed. the easiest way to proove your case is to have a receipt

i have noticed the pumps at a local station that is state wide is cheating customers $00.01 now think of how many people get gas at that one station. then multiply that by number of stations the owners are making a bundle daily

pump should have kicked off before the fluid level got that high. if it didn't, whatever what coming out of that pump should have been spilling out and spraying all over the side of the car. doesn't look like anything spilled on his car in the video

Unless he had the nozzle that far out of the gas tank I highly doubt he is innocent. Also, even if it was good gas filling it up that high will do damage to your car. Just an fyi
