For many women, it improves naturally over time, but if the shedding is persistent or really affecting you, it’s worth talking to a doctor or dermatologist. Oral minoxidil is a prescription medication and isn’t right for everyone. It can also have side effects, so please don’t start it based on a Reel or someone else’s results.
