FUDGY NUTELLA BROWNIES 🍫🤎 🍫 Frozen Nutella * 100–120 g Nutella Spoon Nutella into small dollops onto baking paper. Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until completely firm. 🍫 Brownie Batter * 190 g granulated white sugar * 85 g unsalted butter, melted and warm * 40 g neutral oil * 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk, room temperature * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 72 g all-purpose flour * 38 g unsweetened cocoa powder * ½ tsp instant espresso powder, optional * ½ tsp salt * 70–100 g dark chocolate, chopped 👩🏻‍🍳 METHOD 1. Line a 7×7-inch pan with baking paper and preheat your oven to 170°C. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, oil, granulated sugar for 1–2 minutes, until glossy. 3. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Whisk for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture becomes slightly lighter, thick and glossy. 4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder and salt. Fold gently until almost combined. 5. Add the chopped dark chocolate and fold until just combined. Don’t overmix. 6. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. 7. Place the frozen Nutella dollops over the batter, keeping them slightly away from the edges. Cover completely with the remaining brownie batter. 8. Add a few extra chocolate chunks on top, if desired. 🤎 9. Bake for 23–28 minutes. The edges should be set while the centre still looks slightly soft. A toothpick should come out with moist, fudgy crumbs, not completely clean. 10. Let the brownies cool for at least 1 hour before slicing. For thick, clean, bakery-style slices, chill for another 1–2 hours. 🍫SAVE THIS RECIPE For your next serious chocolate craving🤎 . . #nutella #brownies #dessert #chocolate #fyp
