Just go after the tow truck dr8ver law states it needs to go to court before the tow.truck driver can take it. charge the tow truck driver with attempted theft. Its all LAW.

this is all about to Change . 2026 and newer will be able to be disabled by the manufacturer if it isnt paid for. Sure you could park in a faraday cage, locate and disable the device. But the avg nudnick who doesnt pay for their car wont do this.
