As far as I understand it, the three day and four day pass are for if you would like to take non charge able three days or four days on regular weekend, usually used as rewards. You can also put in a special non chargeable mileage pass to leave your radius. But as I learned as a fresh SPC is that you have a (in most regular FORCOM bases barring any special circumstances like COVID) 250 mil radius you can travel too. When I was at Bliss the base SOP stated all districts of Tucson AZ were within our radius because the 250 mile radius cut half of Tucson off. So before submitting passes just check with your CoC and see if the city you’re traveling too is within radius.
