If Canada, central and South America were smart we a would all collaborate and work together and be able to produce all the products we all need on this side of the hemisphere without having to worry about any country across the ocean blocking or denying goods and services. It would be in all of our best interests to be able to have strong partnerships with eachother.

People are going to learn the hard way why you don’t put people in the highest offices who don’t understand geopolitics or global supply chains. You screw up with Iran, energy markets react and Americans pay more at the pump. Even a $2-per-gallon increase multiplied across billions of gallons becomes a massive hit to households and businesses. Now you antagonize Canada, one of our biggest trading partners and a critical supplier of energy, lumber, metals and other inputs. You can scream “America First” all day, but supply chains don’t care about slogans. Disrupt trade, fuel and alliances, and the bill eventually lands on Americans.
