My lord! this is just tragic.. 😥 It happened so fast, They didn't even have time to react. As far as the first responders go, Karma sees all, and always delivers. The universe balances everything, you get what you give! I know that first hand. My heart goes out to all injured partys and their family & freinds. such a tragedy

They will probably blame it on the car because the officer had to stop him and he wouldn’t have been there in the first place if he had not stopped the car and harassed them.
