The only thing you need to do is give him the title bill of sale and a transfer ownership, which is a reassignment and Santana‘s way he’ll pay the taxes once he registered the vehicle

well the good thing here that yall are not grasping is the fact I was able to get it tagged, title transfered and tax that the DMV is gonna charge me. I payed 2800 for the truck and then paid him to do the dmv shit just as any dealer would do! I left with tags and a completely legal, great running worm truck. Im happy and thats all that matters!
