We’re back. Everything is fine. 💀 And honestly… isn’t this basically adulthood? We lose our shit over something that feels HUGE in the moment, only to realize we were reacting before we actually had all the information. That’s one of the things I work on in life coaching: Pause before you panic. Breathe before you react. And maybe look under the damn couch before declaring your life is falling apart. 😂 Sometimes you don’t need a new life. You just need a different perspective.
