🌿🏕️✨ Learn my signature massage techniques, designed for both couples and professional therapists, and discover the equipment I use. ~> Visit the link in my bio We’ve been blessed to visit Sequoia National Park and to have the time, space, and opportunity to reflect on what these ancient trees can teach us about the legacy we leave behind. Some of these sequoias have stood for over 3,000 years, and still they bless us with their presence, their shelter, and their beauty. Standing beside them, I felt like I was witnessing a legacy of strength and persistence that has outlived generations. It made me reflect on how briefly we get to be part of this world, and how much care we can offer in that time. These majestic giants reminded me that what we offer the world needs a strong foundation. Just as their roots sustain them and allow them to keep offering shelter and beauty, self-love helps sustain the care we give to others. We also need to tend to our own roots. I feel inspired to share love beyond the people closest to me. To keep teaching others how to care through their hands and presence, how to offer comfort, and how to make another person feel welcome and at ease, but also how to build that foundation of love within ourselves. Our love and care can travel further than we ever will. Someone receives it, learns from it, and offers it to someone else. These trees probably will stand long after we’re gone. But we can also leave something that outlives us, the art of loving ourselves to better love others, the art of sincere connection, tenderness passed from person to person. A legacy of love carried forward in the way we care for ourselves and others.🌳🪾🤎 #massage #peace #california #nature #SelfCare
