Well done mate from Australia. After some challenging times, I am 204 pounds lower than when I started. I ballooned to 401.5 pounds and now I am 198 pounds with around 30 pounds to go. You have nailed your attitude and that’s key. Remember, “if you fall down, get up, forgive yourself and keep going”. Don’t give up on you!
