I can see you’re being hounded with “why not” question 😅 but here’s one more askies. Why not use Dodo payments? They’re built for Ecom and SaaS and they operate with SA startups. They’re also a merchant of records and will do the tax compliance for you in other countries. You still get to operate with a local bank account and avoid the messy international setup. I’m sure there’s some advantages to having a US presence and US account but I’ve always been concerned that it will get messy and cost me time.
