This store is so expensive. I was forced to shop there when I didn’t have a car. Got a car and went ghost. Ran in there one day for something quick and they were like, “Where you been!” I said, “I can’t afford to shop here!” Stop thinking hood stores are cheap because it’s a financially insecure demographic. Hood stores exploit residents because they feel like WIC and SNAP is free money. It’s not. You have to stretch it. And they prey on people who don’t have transportation to go to stores with cheaper prices.
